Individuals sometimes need more specific support than standard programmes provide. That could be due to personal circumstances, the specific needs of an employer or third-party factors.
At Concept Northern we understand that additional-support needs can often be complex. Our job is to accurately understand those needs and provide training solutions to match. Unique situations require a unique approach.
Our training and technology provision is designed to promote confidence in abilities, independence and overcome direct barriers such as literacy issues, visual or hearing impairments and other additional-support needs.
To do that, we can combine face-to-face training with e-learning support. We can create personalised online content mixed with on-going trainer assistance. We can mix and match technologies to create desired outcomes. We can pick from our extensive range of existing training resources and adapt them to any individual circumstance. We can do whatever it takes.
All our programmes are designed to be focused around the individual and we can devise a learning plan which caters exclusively to the unique needs of that individual.
We can use any of the following resources when creating a custom training programme:
- One-to-one training on assistive technology
- One-to-one coaching on personal skills
- Pre-built e-learning courses covering both AT and soft skills
- Custom-built e-learning resources and tracking
- Assistive-technology hardware and software
