Mobility Support

A mobility-restricting disability should not be a barrier to a successful workplace experience for anyone.

Employers are obliged to make reasonable adjustments for employees with a disability. For example, that could be a ramp for a wheelchair user, a specialist chair for someone with back problems or a special mouse and keyboard for an individual with arthritis.

At Concept Northern, we can provide an accurate assessment of the adjustments required for an employee who face face disability-related workplace barriers. The Access to Work scheme, administered by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), can also provide funding for such adjustments depending on company size and number of employees.
